cogitoCODE was initially started by a group of recent graduates in technology that wanted to support small business that could not afford to have a website or any marketing support.  

we have been able to archive this goal by working with students and by training others about technology.

But it would have not been possible without the support of our community and local business that gave us the opportunity to work with them.
